Roberto Possanzini has a diverse work experience starting from their most recent position as the Head of the Data Analysis Team at LEITNER ropeways, where they focused on preventive and predictive monitoring and product improvement. Roberto was responsible for managing resources, promoting collaborative work, and ensuring project deadlines were met. Prior to that, Roberto founded and managed a craft workshop called IDIOT Custom Boards, where they developed high-performance custom prototypes of surfboards. Roberto also collaborated with an architecture studio to create design furniture and objects. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Team Leader of the Continuous Improvement Mechanical Department at LEITWIND, where they analyzed data for wind turbine failures. Before that, they served as a Structural Engineer at Energy Resources, specializing in metal structures for renewable energy projects. Roberto also has experience as a Project Engineer, focusing on the design of a prototype street lamp generator, and as a Technical Mechanical Engineer in the boilers technical office at Indesit Company.

Roberto Possanzini pursued their education in Mechanical Engineering, obtaining a Master's degree from the Università Politecnica delle Marche from 2002 to 2011. During this time, they also completed a Socrates-Erasmus program at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in Spain, earning a Master's degree in 2009. After completing their education, Roberto became a member of the "Italian Institution of Engineers" as a chartered engineer, with their certification obtained in September 2011.
