Leitnium makes the PowerBloc nanogrid. A nanogrid is a system that stores energy from multiple sources, such as the sun, the grid, or a generator and delivers power to the entire home or business. PowerBloc can expand into microgrids connecting hundreds of homes. We are establishing PowerBloc as a platform for distributed power. PowerBloc delivers primary power. Our customers rely on Leitnium for their power supply and we are serving as a private utility. Leitnium, Inc. is emerging as a power infrastructure company building a resilient and clean energy future.

Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, the company has evolved from an early-stage solar battery innovation venture into a vertically integrated developer of advanced nanogrid systems. Leitnium’s core mission is to redefine how electricity is generated, managed, and delivered by enabling customers to operate their own localized, utility-grade power systems.

At the center of this vision is the company’s flagship product, the PowerBloc, a modular, high-performance nanogrid platform that integrates solar generation, battery storage, utility grid connections, and backup generators into a single, intelligent system. Unlike conventional solar-plus-battery solutions, which are typically designed for partial backup, PowerBloc is engineered to serve as the primary power source, capable of delivering uninterrupted, high-quality electricity to entire homes or commercial facilities. PowerBloc typically powers all loads. As a primary power system, it makes the grid secondary—or even optional. This distinction positions Leitnium at the forefront of a shift from centralized grid dependence to distributed, customer-owned energy infrastructure.
