Pernille Andersen

Pernille Andersen currently serves as Chef for Organisationssekretariatet at DAB-Lejerbo, a position held since June 2025, following a similar role at DAB from April 2021 to May 2025. Prior to this, Pernille worked at Slagelse Kommune in various capacities, including Direktionskonsulent and konstitueret afdelingschef, from May 2014 to March 2021. Experience also includes roles as project leader and consultant at Klimakvinder.dk and Miljøpunkt Østerbro, among others, contributing significantly to Copenhagen's first climate district initiative at Klimakvarter.dk. As a co-founder of Prags Have, Pernille received the KPH AWARD and KPH AUDIENCE AWARD in 2011. Educational qualifications include a cand.mag. degree in Moderne Kultur og Kulturformidling from the University of Copenhagen, obtained from 2009 to 2012.
