LEK-ing d.o.o. was founded on December 15, 2020, as a small but determined team driven by enthusiasm, vision, and a strong work ethic. From the very beginning, our goal has been to build a stable and reliable company based on quality, expertise, and mutual trust.
Over five years, we have grown from a few machines into a team of 105 highly qualified employees supported by more than 30 units of modern construction equipment.
Our workforce includes civil and geodetic engineers, project managers, site supervisors, machinery operators, drivers, steel fixers, carpenters and skilled workers of various trades, supported by dedicated finance, cost estimation, and administrative teams.
Today, LEK-ing operates across a wide range of construction services, including demolition, earthworks, water supply and drainage systems, reinforced concrete structures and road construction. We successfully deliver large and technically demanding projects throughout Croatia, with a strong focus on reliability, flexibility, and high-quality execution.
