Fairlie Delbridge

Fairlie Delbridge is a strategic leader, founder, start-up investor, adviser and Harvard ALI Fellow who has served as Managing Director at Cminus since 2007. They are the co-founder of LEKI, an electric motorcycle company established in 2022. They serve on the board of Junction Australia (since 2017), are a member of Innovation Bay Horizon (since 2021), and are a board observer and investor at Australis Scientific Pty Ltd (since 2023). They mentor startups at Harvard Innovation Labs (since 2023) and are a Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow (since 2023). They are pursuing a Diploma of Financial Markets at FINSIA and a Certificate in Cyber Security Risk & Strategy at RMIT University, and are a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).
