Leland Torrence Enterprises has developed into a full service construction company since being founded in 1978.  From 1991 to present we have worked to develop a vertically integrated construction services company that does building surveys, long and short term capital improvement plans, cost estimating, construction management and owner’s representation.  

We participate with many local, state, national and global organizations to benchmark our work.  Research globally, construct locally.
