Chris Weber

Chris Weber, has passion for technology and has been in leadership roles in early stage / startup companies for 16+ years. Chris co-founded and served as the Chief Software Architect of Netchemia, a SaaS edtech company. Netchemia developed into a provider of cloud-based HR management solutions to over 2,500 K-12 school districts nationwide. Netchemia was acquired in 2015 by Vista Equity Partners/PeopleAdmin. After acquisition, Chris served as PeopleAdmin's Chief Architect overseeing technology and staff integration through multiple acquisitions. PeopleAdmin was acquired in a multibillion-dollar transaction in 2018. Desiring to return to the startup community, Chris joined LendingStandard, an early-stage financial tech company as CTO, where he reshaped the company tech stack for growth after institutional investment. Chris remains a technology advisor to LendingStandard and other startups. Chris is also an active angel investor in early-stage companies, an avid snowboarder and car racing enthusiast.
