Alfred Smits

Alfred Smits has extensive experience in product management and marketing within the agricultural and dairy sectors. Since June 2013, Alfred has held various leadership positions at Lely, including Head of Proposition Management for Milking & Cooling and Senior Product Manager in the same area, as well as Regional Coordinator for Marketing in the NCEE Region. Additionally, since August 2018, Alfred has served as a board member at De Stroming PO onderwijs. Previous roles include Product Manager at ForFarmers B.V. and a long tenure at Nutreco as Product Manager and Marketing Manager. Alfred's career began at Hendrix UTD, where responsibilities included product management and marketing. Educational qualifications include an IR degree in Veevoeding & Marketing from Wageningen University & Research and an ING degree in Dier- en veehouderij en agrarische commercie from Aeres University of Applied Sciences Dronten.
