Dirk de Groot has extensive experience in leadership positions within the technology and transportation sectors. Currently serving as President of SBU Scandinavia, Northwest & Central-East Europe at CGI since April 2017, Dirk has held various senior roles within the company, including Senior Vice President for the Netherlands and Vice President for Sector Transport, Post and Logistics. Additionally, Dirk is a member of the Supervisory Board at Lely and was involved with NLdigital until December 2023. Dirk co-founded DiTTLab, contributing to the integration of open traffic and transport data with open-source traffic simulation. Dirk’s earlier career includes significant roles at CGI and Logica, where responsibilities ranged from account management to leadership in public sector initiatives. Dirk is an alumnus of Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and Aloysius College.
