Koen van Gils

Koen van Gils is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Lely since September 2023, Koen focuses on enhancing project success through an Integrated Steering & Reporting Framework, ensuring compliance with CSRD/ESRS. As the owner of New Breeze bv since January 2003, Koen specializes in interim and project management in digital innovations. Previous roles include Program Manager for Digital Transformation and Benelux Expansion at PostNL, Director and founder of the digital innovation agency Sound, and several program management positions at KPN and Telfort, contributing to significant initiatives in cloud services, brand store development, and mobile data taskforces. Koen holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
