Michael de Jong is an experienced user experience researcher with a strong background in psychology. Currently serving as a User Experience Researcher at Lely since March 2022, Michael has previously worked as a User Researcher at team.blue NL from August 2018 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a Customer Service Specialist at Motiv ICT Security and a UX Researcher at VeiligheidNL. Michael started a research career at TNO and Philips, holding researcher positions in 2013 and 2012, respectively. Michael holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from Utrecht University (2012-2013) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the same institution (2008-2012), complemented by education at Niftarlake College from 2002 to 2008.
