Stella V.

Stella V. is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and business optimization. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Lely since July 2021, Stella V. oversees two software teams within the Product Development department, contributing to the advancement of the Milking business team and the milk robot Astronaut. Prior to this role, Stella V. worked at Hamifleurs from February 2016 to June 2021 as a Business Optimizer and Teamlead Billing & Invoice, managing a team and enhancing customer journeys for one of the largest Dutch cut flower exporters. Previous experience includes serving as an Order Processor for SILICON Refractory Anchoring Solutions and as a Junior Researcher at the Ministerie van BZK. Stella V. holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Commerce from De Haagse Hogeschool.
