Tuire Schoonen

Tuire Schoonen is a seasoned Learning & Development Expert currently employed at Lely since September 2025, with a robust background in training and organizational development. Prior experience includes significant roles at YourSurprise as Country Lead for Learning & Development, where Tuire identified skill gaps and designed development pathways, and co-founding the Mindful Awareness Project, introducing Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training in Russia and Ukraine. Tuire has also worked as a freelance trainer with The Conscious Professional, specializing in soft skills training, and served as a Senior Trainer with Mindful Academy Solterreno. Previous positions with Unilever and Cederroth International involved brand management and strategy development for well-known consumer products. Tuire holds multiple qualifications, including a Bachelor of Business Administration, mindfulness teacher certification, and is a Master Practitioner in NLP.
