Bo Chen is currently the General Manager for Greater China at LEM, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as Managing Director Greater China at HARTING from 2020 to 2023 and as Sales Director Greater China alongside Division Director of Automotive at Semikron Danfoss from 2014 to 2020. Bo has also held the role of Director Sales Asia Pacific at SEMIKRON International GmbH from 2009 to 2014 and was a Technical Marketing Manager at Infineon Technologies AG from 2003 to 2008. Bo holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and is currently pursuing an MBA and a degree at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and Tongji University, respectively.
