Lucile Gras

Lucile Gras currently serves as the Employer Branding Manager at LEM since April 2025. Prior to this, Lucile was the Head of Marketing for Blue Soft from January 2021 to April 2025, leading a team of 10 in internal communications across 14 business units. Lucile also held the position of Marketing Communication Manager and consultant at Blue Soft Empower from September 2016 to January 2021, where a team was organized to enhance content strategy and lead generation. Additional experience includes roles at Teamsquare, Talentsoft, and Cision France, focusing on digital marketing, internal communications, and event management. Lucile's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management and Communication from Université Jean Moulin and international studies in Sevilla and Melbourne, complemented by a Bachelor's in Communication and Media Studies.
