Philippe Rangheard

Philippe Rangheard currently serves as the Head of Field Application & Distribution Europe at LEM since August 2025. Prior to this role, Philippe held various positions at Nexperia from February 2017 to August 2025, including Head of EMEA Business Creation & Field Application Support and Head of EMEA Regional Marketing & Car OEM accounts. Philippe's earlier experience includes leadership roles at NXP Semiconductors from 2001 to 2017, where responsibilities encompassed EMEA Regional Marketing for Power MOSFETs, as well as product marketing management. Philippe also contributed to Atmel Corporation and STMicroelectronics in marketing and engineering roles, with a brief tenure as an Analog Designer at IBM. Philippe holds a DESS degree in Micro-électronique & Micro-informatique from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
