Sonia Malick

Sonia Malick has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the field of logistics and supply chain management. Sonia started their career as a Logistics Consultant at Argon Consulting, where they were responsible for logistic data analysis, distribution network simulation and optimization, and warehouse organization proposals. Sonia then joined Plastic Omnium as a Logistic Project Manager, where they managed teams and worked on supply chain design, production plant flows optimization, and EDI implementation. At Syngenta, they served as a Global Logistics Operations Manager and led the implementation of the 4th PL transformation project for the European market. Sonia also worked as a Site Logistics Manager, overseeing a team of 70 and managing Continental and Overseas Procurement and distribution. Their most recent role was at LEM, where they served as the Head of Global Supply Chain and later as the Head of Digital Transformation for Operations. In these positions, they defined global supply chain strategies, led regional supply chain managers, managed the S&OP process, and drove digitalization projects.

Sonia Malick's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Université de Bordeaux and obtained a DUT in Logistics and transportation. Sonia then pursued further education and from 1998 to 2000, they studied at Le Havre Normandy University, earning a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In 2000-2001, Sonia Malick attended ESC Bordeaux - ISLI, where they obtained another Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Their formal education concluded at the University of Warwick from 2014 to 2016, where they earned their Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.

In terms of certifications, Sonia Malick has obtained several through LinkedIn. In March 2022, they completed the "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" certification. In July 2022, they acquired the certification for "Developing a Learning Mindset". In August 2022, they completed the "Decision-Making Strategies" certification. Lastly, in September 2022, Sonia Malick obtained the "Digital Transformation" certification.
