Sylvain DEMOLIS

Sylvain Demolis is the Group Industrialization Manager at LEM, where they lead the industrialization department across multiple countries including Switzerland, Bulgaria, China, and Malaysia. Previously, Sylvain held various positions at Leman Technique and odem, where they focused on mold development and plastic injection in the automotive, household, and medical sectors. Sylvain has a Bachelor’s degree from Lycée Louis Lachenal and a DUT in Science and Materials Engineering from Université de Savoie.
