LEMA Therapeutic Services, founded by Loren Burton, was established with a mission to provide high-quality behavior support, counseling, and psychology services to Australians. Dedicated to making a difference in the lives of NDIS participants and private clients alike, LEMA takes a compassionate and individualized approach to care.

Recognizing a growing need for tailored support, LEMA also offers a range of training programs, including the innovative Kindy Uplift program. This initiative equips early childhood educators with the tools and strategies to understand and manage challenging behaviors in a therapeutic way, fostering positive outcomes for both children and staff.

At LEMA, we believe in empowering individuals and communities through evidence-based, person-centered practices. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where clients and professionals alike can thrive, building a brighter future for all.
