Ryan Fall has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Helpdesk Technician at LeMaitre Vascular since May 2014, where responsibilities include providing support for 350 users and managing various devices such as PCs, laptops, iPhones/iPads, printers, networking, and VOIP phones. Prior to this role, Ryan was involved in IT Operations at Home Health VNA, ensuring stable operation of the in-house computer network, and served as Desktop & Infrastructure Support at Fresenius Medical Care, supporting over 2,000 clinics nationwide. Earlier in the career, Ryan worked as a Software Test Engineer at OSR, focusing on testing engineering for Windows drivers and file systems. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Keene State College.
