Sath Sim possesses extensive experience in operations and production management within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at LeMaitre since June 2015, Sath has previously held the position of Production Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Supervisor of Production Management at Anika Therapeutics from May 2012 to June 2015 and at Merck Millipore from April 2002 to May 2012. Sath holds a certification in Fundamentals of Lean Manufacturing from River Valley Community College, attained in 2009, and a diploma in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from Wyoming Tech / East Coast Aero Tech, completed in 2005.
