Raul Alvarez is a seasoned professional in the field of architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM), currently serving as the Regional BIM Director for Central and West Canada at Lemay since November 2017. With a strong focus on BIM strategy, implementation, workflows, standards, and training, Raul has contributed significantly to the development of Revit templates, libraries, automation, and Dynamo scripting. Previous experience includes key roles at OCHO17 and SINPLE Buildings, where Raul was involved in project management and architectural visualization, alongside architectural drafting in earlier positions. Raul holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Academic Excellence from Iberoamerican University and has furthered education at the University of Toronto and through specialized training in 3D architectural visualization.
