Zohar Barbash

Zohar Barbash is an experienced biotechnology executive currently serving as CTO and Co-founder of Lembas since January 2025, and previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder at Stealth in early 2025. From May 2023 to April 2025, Zohar was the Chief Technology Officer at Wilk, leading R&D efforts and overseeing regulatory approvals and collaborations. Zohar's prior experience includes being the VP of Research and Development at Fore Biotherapeutics from February 2019 to May 2023, managing research initiatives, and as Director of Assay Development at Novellus DX from July 2014 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing an R&D team and product development. Earlier experiences include research roles at Eventus Dx and the National Cancer Institute, as well as a PhD in Molecular Genetics from Tel Aviv University. Zohar began the professional journey with a B.Sc. in Psychobiology and has a strong foundation in human genetics from Tel Aviv University.
