Manny Pakialam
Project Manager (Collective Voice)
Lemcon Philippines

Profile:
Born from the unique challenges and everyday wins of project life in the Philippines, Manny Pakialam is not just a name he’s a symbol. A fictional project manager created by Lemcon Philippines, Manny represents the voice, values, and views of Filipino project professionals on the ground.

He’s the “kuya” at the site who knows whom to talk to at the barangay hall, the mentor who reminds you to keep receipts and respect local customs, the teammate who reminds us all: may paraan kung gusto. Manny speaks from real field experience, where typhoons delay timelines, permits require patience, and teamwork goes beyond titles.

Manny's Strengths:
Alam ang Galawan: Knows how things really move in the field from city sites to remote provinces.
May Pakialam: Cares about the work, the people, and getting the job done right even when it’s hard.
Madiskarte: Finds smart, creative ways to solve problems using what’s available.
Tunay na Katuwang: Builds strong relationships with locals, clients, expats, and co-workers.

What Manny Represents:
The wisdom of experience, not just textbooks.
The value of pakikisama and respect in team dynamics.
The voice of those doing the real work — from engineers to site techs.
The idea that success in the Philippines requires heart, grit, and local know-how.

Favorite Saying:
 "Pakialam isn't a problem — it's our power."
