Timothy Dean

Timothy Dean is an experienced engineer with a strong background in structural design, project management, and forensic investigations. Currently serving as an Associate at LeMessurier since March 2020, Timothy has also held positions as a Project Manager and Structural Engineer at BES/LeMessurier since August 2018, overseeing all phases of projects and focusing on structural and building enclosure systems. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at TEC Associates where Timothy provided design and management services for the Railroad and Marine Industries, and Project Engineer at Clyde Bergemann Auburn, working on large-scale power generation projects. Timothy's extensive career includes a role as Planning Board Member for the City of Portland, Maine, and Project Manager for Precast Prestressed Concrete at Becker Structural Engineers. With foundational experience starting as a Civil/Structural Engineer at Platz Associates and Structural Design Consultants, Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
