Leona Lu is a result-driven business development professional currently serving as the Head of Growth at LemFi, specializing in fintech and payments across North American and European markets. With extensive experience in user acquisition, product launches, and operations scaling, Leona has worked in international environments, leveraging data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Previously, Leona has held roles such as a Pro-bono Consultant at Hager Group and a Data Analyst for INTO University Partnerships, where they focused on the Great China region. Leona holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Michigan State University, a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from Georgetown University, and a Master's degree in Strategy and Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School.
