All our Fitness Professionals are CPR certified and Certified Nationally, we cover all aspects of our client's goals, including assessments, measurements, eating plans, exercise programs tailor made to our clients, qualified training to help our clients get to their goals.

We also hold our clients accountable for their progress, meaning, that we measure you to ensure that you are getting to your goals every 2 weeks.
