Hui Liu has worked in the technology industry since 1993. Hui began their career as a Lecturer and Lab Instructor at North China University of Electric Power. In 2000, they became a Data Communication Engineer at Futurewei Technologies, Inc. In 2006, they worked as an R&D Intern at Motorola Lab. Since 2009, they have been employed at Lemko Corporation, first as a System Integration and Test Engineer and later as a Software Engineer. In their role as a System Integration and Test Engineer, they have implemented system integration testing and regression testing of Lemko's Core Network and NodeB/BTS Controller software for Lemko's LTE, UMTS, GSM and CDMA mobile systems. Hui has also helped developers for 5G core network and IMS core development, and prepared end to end voice call tests. Additionally, they have developed Lemko's testing scripts of LTE EPC and UMTS, GSM product lines.
Hui Liu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from North China Electric Power University between 1989 and 1993. Hui then obtained a Master's degree in Telecom Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications between 1997 and 2000. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago between 2006 and 2009.
