Farhad Kashani

Farhad Kashani currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of LEMO Group as of January 2025, building on extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and manufacturing sectors. Previously, Farhad was the President of LEMO Americas, overseeing operations in NorthWire, LEMO USA, and Central America, and served as General Manager of LEMO USA from May 2016 to January 2025. Prior roles include Divisional President and General Manager at Amphenol AIPC/ATAT/Adb, where responsibility involved the consolidation of divisions and management of significant revenue streams across multiple countries. Farhad has also held key positions at TAT Technologies and Nortel, handling operations, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Farhad holds an Honour Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, complemented by a minor in Management Science.
