Flaminia Equey

Flaminia Equey has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Capacity Planning Manager and previously as Supply Chain Manager (Upstream) and Supply Chain Coordinator at LEMO GROUP since September 2016. In these roles, Flaminia led a team of Supply Chain Planners, coordinated multiple production sites, and contributed to the development of upstream supply chain strategy. Flaminia began the journey at LEMO GROUP as a Supply Chain Intern while completing a Master in Science of Management at HEC Lausanne, where research focused on local manufacturing challenges and automation. Additional experience includes roles as a Student Assistant at UNIL, internship experience at Finn Lough focusing on booking system development and marketing strategies, and event management at BCV - Banque Cantonale Vaudoise. Flaminia holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from HEC Lausanne and studied at the University of St. Gallen.
