Michaël Génesta

Michaël Génesta is currently the Responsable secteur Reprise Auto & Manuel at LEMO GROUP and serves as the Responsable technique at LEMO connector since 2020. Previously, Michaël held the position of Responsable Industrialisation Produit at Ateliers Busch from 2007 to 2014, where they managed a multidisciplinary team and focused on process improvement and cost reduction. Michaël also worked as an Agent de méthodes and was responsible for prototype machining and small series production at Ateliers Busch SA from 1998 to 2005. They are presently pursuing two degrees in Technicien ES en Productique - Exploitation and Mécanicen sur machine option CNC at CEJEF Porrentruy.
