Nicolas Amoudruz is an experienced operations executive, currently serving as SVP Operations at LEMO since October 2006, where responsibilities include managing a vertically integrated supply chain supporting over 150,000 customers and 80,000 products across multiple production sites. Nicolas has held various leadership roles at LEMO, including SVP of Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement & Manufacturing, and has successfully led the construction and production initiation of a new manufacturing plant in Hungary as Project Leader for Operational Excellence. Additionally, Nicolas has been a consultant for Rpela since December 2012, focusing on a shark deterrent device. Earlier experience includes a research engineer role at EPFL, where innovation in 3-D measurement processes was achieved through strain measurement on carbon composites using optical sensors. Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from EPFL, obtained in 2005.
