Peter Dent

Peter Dent is a highly experienced executive with a strong background in business development and engineering within the connector industry. Currently serving as the UK Managing Director for LEMO since August 2015, Peter holds full P&L responsibility for the manufacturing subsidiary in the UK. Prior experience includes roles at Smiths Connectors, where Peter advanced from Vice President of Engineering & Business Development to Vice President of Business Development & Strategy, contributing to growth strategies and the development of new product models. Earlier positions at Hypertac Limited involved managing director roles, where Peter successfully turned around underperforming businesses and restored profitability. Peter's career commenced at Smiths Group, where foundational engineering and project management skills were developed. Education includes a degree from Kingston University.
