Prior roles include positions at Tornos Group as a Set-Up Engineer and various leadership roles focused on process engineering, project management, and technical support. Philippe's career spans multiple companies, starting as a Décolleteur at LEMO SA and progressing through various technical and managerial positions in CNC machining. Philippe holds a Certificat de coaching in Human Resource Development from CIP Tramelan and has completed training in Global Management and as an active trainer in enterprises through XL Formation and Ecole professionnelle artisanale.
