Currently serving as a Senior Civil Estimator and Project Manager/Estimator at LEMOINE since July 2019, Justin has a proven track record of developing bids from $100,000 to $15 million, employing advanced software tools such as PayDirt and AutoCad. Prior roles include Estimator at Byron E. Talbot Contractor, where responsibilities involved comprehensive quantity takeoffs and vendor negotiations. Previous experience encompasses positions as a Civil Engineering Technician at Dungan Engineering, P.A. and Engineering Plus, Inc., focusing on drafting and surveying for various civil infrastructure projects. Justin holds degrees in Construction Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi and Drafting and Design Technology from East Central Community College.
