Leon Foster

Leon Foster, PE, CM-Lean, currently serves as Chief Performance Officer and Vice President of Operations & Systems at The Lemoine Company, LLC since August 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at Structure Tone Southwest from May 2008 to January 2012, Senior Project Manager at M. A. Mortenson Company from August 2005 to May 2008, and Senior Project Manager at Skanska USA Building Inc. from 1998 to 2003. Leon Foster holds a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from The University of Kansas, earned between 2006 and 2008, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1996, and an Associate of Science in Engineering Sciences from the State University of New York at Delhi from 1991 to 1993.
