Matthew Waldon

Matthew Waldon, PMP, currently serves as Data Center Construction Project Manager at LEMOINE, leading the development of Mission Critical Data Center projects in the Austin area. Previously, Matthew held the position of Semiconductor Construction Manager at Samsung C&T, where responsibilities included overseeing the construction of a high-tech semiconductor super factory. As the founder of Waldon Design Build LLC, and with extensive experience as a Traveling Commercial Project Manager for Struxure Outdoor, Matthew has a strong background in managing commercial and residential construction projects. Matthew’s career also includes roles as Director of Construction Operations at Shade Outdoor Living Solutions and Founder of Peake Builders, LLC. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University, Long Beach, along with an AA in Liberal Arts from the College of the Desert.
