Lemok Agency is South Africa's specialist shopping centre marketing partner. We work only with shopping centres and retail property. Regional malls, neighbourhood centres, township nodes, rural centres, and mixed-use developments.

Most centres treat marketing as social media posts and seasonal events. We do not. Low foot traffic is rarely a social media problem. Empty exhibition space is rarely fixed by another activation. Underperforming tenants are rarely just a leasing issue. These are commercial problems that need commercial thinking.

We are asset strategists first, marketers second. Under our retainer we own and coordinate every part of your centre's marketing. Strategy, paid media, exhibition lead generation, SEO, video, tenant directory, on-site activations, and monthly reporting. You do not manage suppliers. You do not brief creatives. We do, and we report on what actually moved.

Founded in 2015 by Lebogang Mokubela, Standard Bank Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 and SACSC keynote speaker. Spectrum Award winners with The Boulders Shopping Centre. 12+ centres across regional, neighbourhood, township, and rural centres.
