* to re-define those problems as opportunities for personal and relational growth
* to help create new solutions and directions that enhance quality of life and relationships

This mission is accomplished through:
* individual, couple, family, and group counseling
* workshops and seminars for professionals and the public
* books and other publications
* (upcoming) teleclasses and webinars

Success is measured by personal life satisfaction of those who use the services provided, whether that means improved relationships, happier families, safer environments for children, better workplace communication, reduced stress, increased productivity, and possible financial gain.
