Nicholas Farley

Nicholas Farley is currently the Director and Head of CBD Leasing at Lemon Baxter, where they focus on expanding the company's presence in the CBD, Docklands, and Southbank leasing markets. Previously, they served as a Business Management Consultant at Moorabinda Consulting and Head of Division for Office Leasing at Savills Australia. Nicholas has also held leadership roles at Savills Studley and CBRE. In addition to their extensive professional experience, they are pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and the Melbourne Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Business in Property from RMIT University.
