Stéphane Dubon has extensive work experience in the field of architecture and digital transformation. Stéphane currently serves as the Head of Architecture and Digital Transformation at Lemonway, a position they assumed in October 2021. Prior to joining Lemonway, Stéphane worked as the CTO at Evina from December 2020 to April 2021.

From 2017 to 2021, Stéphane held the role of Group Architecture Lead at Ditto by Travelex, where they played a key role in leading and overseeing architectural initiatives. Before joining Ditto by Travelex, Stéphane worked at Thomson Reuters for a significant period of time, starting in 2003. Stéphane was involved in designing and implementing crucial systems and platforms, including a test automation platform, a BigData aggregation data platform, and the Eikon Library infrastructure. Stéphane's work experience extends back to 1998 when they started their career as a Software Engineer and Quality Engineer at Softeam. Stéphane has also worked as a Consultant at C.N.L.P., where they developed a text processing Java library, and as a Lead Software Engineer at Languistics.

In 2000, Stéphane worked as a Software Engineer at Solutions-United, where they developed an XML-based metadata tagging and text classification system. Prior to that, they served as a System Administrator at F.I.I.F.O.

Stéphane possesses a strong technical background and has expertise in various technologies such as Java, C#, ASP.NET, REST, SQLServer, UML, and more. Stéphane has experience in leading teams, managing deployments, and providing third-level support in complex projects.

Stéphane Dubon completed their education in a sequential manner, beginning with their studies at the Conservatoire de musique - Verrières-Le-Buisson. Stéphane pursued and obtained a post-graduate diploma in Violin after ten years of dedicated music studies, although the specific start and end years for this program are not provided.

Following their musical pursuits, Stéphane enrolled at Université Paris-Saclay from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a University Diploma of Technology in Information Technology. This program included studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Accounting.
