Lemonade Fit™ is a woman owned and operated fitness business in Charlotte, NC. We specialize in working with women of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels! Since re-branding and opening our first brick and mortar in 2019 we have grown from one 600 square foot training space to two training spaces, each at 2,000 square feet!

The training style and approach at Lemonade Fit™ studio focuses on building strength, confidence, healthy habits and a good relationship with your body! It does NOT include high intensity training classes or CrossFit style training. Lemonade Fit™ has designed a workout program that progresses clients through exercise phases in order to build a foundation before advancing to more complicated movements. This program has been built using a combination of NASM principles, Nick Tumminello's Design Mastery Course principles and Candice's own touches based on her experience working with hundreds of clients.

Lemonade Fit™ offers a very unique small group training environment, as well as one on one training and private group training in Charlotte, NC. Lemonade Fit™ also offers online training to clients located anywhere around the world!

Lemonade Fit ™ has locations in Charlotte's South End neighborhood and in Charlotte's Oakhurst neighborhood.
