Alex Suarez

Alex Suarez is a Senior Frontend Engineer L2 at Lemonade since December 2021, focusing on the research and development of greenfield web applications with an emphasis on selecting scalable and maintainable frontend technologies. With experience as a Lead Frontend Engineer at Eastdil Secured, Alex built mobile and desktop projects using React and TypeScript, while also making frontend technology decisions and conducting code reviews. Prior roles include Senior and Frontend Engineer positions at EveryMundo, where Alex developed UI components and translated designs into code, as well as contributing as an Open Source Developer at Nexxtway. Alex co-founded the digital design agency 90 Miles and has a background as a Freelance UI/UX Designer and Frontend Engineer, complemented by formal education in medicine and graphic design.
