David Wilcox is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, customer experience, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Leadership Academy Manager at Lemonade since January 2020, David has developed and delivered programs to enhance the skills of internal leadership candidates while also contributing as a CX Trainer to onboard new specialists. Prior to Lemonade, David held senior positions at LitLife, Inc., including Executive Vice President and Director of Visual Media, focusing on branding, marketing, and educational resources. David holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Chemistry from The University of Kansas.
