Marcia Smith has extensive experience in vendor management and provider relations within the healthcare sector. Currently serving in vendor management at Lemonade since December 2021, Marcia previously held positions as a Principal Business Consultant at CredSimple from 2018 to December 2021 and as Director of Provider Development at Zelis Healthcare from April 2013 to 2018, where responsibilities included national network development and credentialing for medical and dental providers. Earlier roles include Regional Vice President of Payor Relations at Physiotherapy Associates from May 2010 to January 2013 and Vice President of Provider Relations at Amerigroup Corporation from November 2007 to January 2009. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the WV Institute of Technology.
