Romain Bauer

Romain Bauer, CPA, currently serves as Accounting Manager at Lemonade since July 2022, following a similar role at Metromile from July 2019 to July 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Fund Accountant at HC Global Fund Services, LLC, and Senior Accountant at Navolio & Tallman LLP, where Romain managed financial statement analyses and tax return preparations. Romain’s early career included internships at Bauer Immigration Law Firm and Mayo Clinic, and tutoring student athletes at the University of Missouri. Romain holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and dual Bachelor's degrees in French Studies and Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
