Currently serving as the Senior International TA Manager at Lemonade since December 2025, Yanni previously held the position of Head of People & Talent at Alluvial, overseeing recruitment and organizational development for a company focused on liquid staking technology. Prior to that, Yanni was a Recruitment Manager at Chainalysis, where responsibilities included managing global recruitment strategies and leading a team to enhance diversity and inclusion. With a background in consultancy and recruitment across multiple industries, Yanni has developed tailored hiring strategies and implemented effective recruitment processes throughout a dynamic career.
