Yifan Xia

Yifan Xia is currently the Nutrition Scientist Lead at LemonBox, focusing on food science, R&D, and health communications. They possess extensive experience in developing communication materials, conducting literature reviews, and analyzing research data across various organizations, including Oldways Preservation Trust and Dr-Link. Yifan has also worked on public health initiatives, such as preventing childhood obesity with ChildObesity180. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Food Safety and Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and two master's degrees from Tufts University, one in Public Health and the other in Nutrition Communication and Behavior Change.
