Piia Luikku

Piia Luikku has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, they work at Lemonsoft Oyj as the Head of PeopleOps, where their responsibilities include managing a product development team, recruitment processes, onboarding, educational institution cooperation, organizing team events, and ensuring proper team alignment. Prior to this, they worked at Visma as a Business Area Director, Product Line Manager, Business Analyst, and Team Manager, with responsibilities ranging from business results and development to service quality and customer satisfaction. Before Visma, Piia worked at ABB Finland as a Process Developer and at Tieto as a Project Manager.

Piia Luikku attended Lappajärven lukio from 1991 to 1994, where they completed their high school education. From 1994 to 1998, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at SeAMK - Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences. Piia then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Management Information Systems, General from Centria University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2013.
