Phil Brown

Phil Brown currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics and Campus Recreation at Le Moyne College, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Vanderbilt University from September 2015 to December 2024, where various leadership titles included Executive Associate Athletic Director for Business, Operations and Facilities, Senior Associate Athletic Director, Associate Athletic Director, and Assistant Athletic Director, all focusing on Chief Business Officer responsibilities. Prior to Vanderbilt, Phil Brown worked as the Assistant Athletic Director for Financial Operations and Business Manager at Texas A&M University-Kingsville from January 2013 to September 2015. Phil Brown's professional journey began in the accounting field with positions at FLUSCHE, VAN BEVEREN & KILGORE, P.C. and Regions Morgan Keegan Trust. Phil Brown holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston, a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Georgia Southern University, and an MBA in Business Administration from East Texas A&M University.
